Genevieve Collins CEO
Gen oversees the strategical direction and day-to-day operations of Artio Traffic Protection LLC. and provides guidance to each of the company's operations, as well as playing an active role in the planning and execution of our projects.
Gen after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BS Medical Laboratory Science worked in area hospitals for over 20 plus years where safety and quality are paramount.

Zaine Collins President
As the son of a lineman, Zaine grew up understanding the dangers of construction zones and the threats that traffic can pose to a working crew.
Mr. Collins has his BSBA in Finance from Kutztown University and has spent the last 4 years working inside the Utility Industry.
Zaine runs the office operations at Artio Traffic Protection LLC. He has focused the mission of creating an environment where employees have the knowledge, tools, and passion to provide safe, high-quality work zones.

Joe Micheli Senior Operations Manager
Joe started his career in Traffic Protection as a flagger for Kline Construction in November of 2000. Six years later he was promoted to a Traffic Control Coordinator for Kline’s Williamstown branch, where he oversaw the daily traffic safety operations until December of 2019. He is certified as a TCC and has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
Now, Mr. Micheli oversees our flagging teams at Artio Traffic Protection LLC. He schedules crews around the clock, produces traffic plans according to the MUTCD, and ensures that our work zones are of the highest caliber around. He is a leader of our operations team and is a key player in making sure Artio gets your crews back home safely.

Debbie Wilkinson Office Manager
Debbie started her career at Quest Diagnostics/Optum360 overseeing AR/Billing Coordination for patients and third party vendors.
She then advanced to Lead Billing Quality and Audit Representative where she was responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance and conducted audits and analysis to improve processes and reduce errors in performance.
Now, Debbie supports Artio Traffic Protection operations by maintaining office services by organizing procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence and managing financial records.

Lee Terwilliger Safety
Lee began his career in Traffic Protection as a flagger/ground worker for a utility vegetation management company in June of 2002. He advanced to a crew leader before moving into the safety profession. He then progressed to Director of Safety. Lee is a first aid and CPR instructor, certified utility arborist, and an ATSSA certified flagger instructor. Lee has 20 years of experience working in the utility services industry. Now, Mr. Terwilliger leads the health and safety program, training, and risk management at Artio Traffic Protection, LLC. He develops, organizes, implements, and evaluates Artio’s risk management programs and the environmental, occupational, and health/safety programs. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other related federal, state, and local laws and regulations. He conducts safety audits of the temporary traffic control we provide at job sites. Enforces adherence to regulations governing the health and safety of individuals, temporary traffic control, and protection of the environment.
